Building new concrete houses - Total cost?

Julius Morganson
Posted

Hi all,

We have a plot of land just outside of Orlando that we’re considering getting several 2,000 houses build.

Construction wise, we’re looking into poured, precast panels, and concrete blocks. While we’ve been weighing the pros and cons of each one, we’re really trying to figure out the price differences. So far, we’ve been getting a lot of mixed messages.

Does anyone have experience building a house this size in either concrete blocks, poured, or precast panels?

I’m really curious in price differences between those.

Have a good one,

Julius
