I have a tenant that is being difficult by constantly making unsubstantiated claims about mold, asbestos, etc. Our tenant-landlord relationship is souring, particularly due to a claim about asbestos, which turned out to be false following results from a test performed by a hygienist.  This individual is petty, and I can see them trying to retaliate in one form or another. Can anyone refer a good, reasonably priced attorney in the LA area who can assist with an eviction, or some other type of assistance in removing the tenant if things truly become problematic.
