pros and cons of combining all my loans
Dear members,
I need your advice. First, is it possible to combine my loans into one? I have 3 Sf's with the highest interest rate at 6%. I'd like to save on closing costs by refinancing into one big loan. Is this possible? A blanket loan (is this what it is called?)
And if possible, what are the pros and cons of this? Does it rob me of the ability to pay off a smaller loan for one house and then cash flow that house or does this somehow even out when I combine the loans?
Also, I have a paid in cash SF that I want to cash out refi and would like to combine that with the other 3 loans but guessing that might be asking too much.
thoughts???
