Whole life insurance
Hey guys I’m curious to see who leverages whole life insurance to fund real estate deals. I’m looking to start a policy that works well with us investors. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated. As well as questions for me to ask the agents. Thank you!!

If you want a policy for leveraging into real estate, stay away from infinite banking advisors. You want a policy that is designed right up to the MEC limit from day one, not one that is designed for you to add more Paid up additions later. If your end of year cash value relative to premium is not 85-90% on the illustration, then you are buying too much death benefit. You want cash value.
