Choosing a business bank account

I’m planning to start a business checking account in order to separate my real estate investing business from my personal spending. I’ve been looking into the different banks around my area all of which seem to have similar offers. Since I’m just getting started with real estate, I really only need the barebones of a business account, and I wouldn’t be keen on having any fees just yet. Do you all have any recommendations?

@Timothy VanWingerden

I prefer chase. They are everywhere and easy to use and implement.
