Rentals are killing y credit score

I just stared investing recently and I'm in the process of my first refi. Everything is going great except one thing: all the credit score hits are killing my credit!  When I first started I had a score well above 750. Now I'm about to fall below 700.  I use CreditKarma to monitor my credit and have had notifications of two hard credit pulls recently, all related to my real estate work.  How do I make positive impacts to my credit to maintain my good credit while working in real estate?

Thank you all in advance.
