Software suggestions for a Mac

Hi all,

I'm starting to expand from my one rental, to buying an additional 4plex and renting out our vacation home, so I will have six units total.  The vacation home will either have short term rentals or vacation rentals for now.  As far as accounting, I've been winging it with the one, but I'm going to continue to build so I need to have much better control and insight now.  My question is, with Quicken Rental Property only being for PC's, what software are people with Macs using?   I don't want the expense of an online software because I only have 6 units and $40 a month is excessive.
