Best Online-Only Business Banking Solutions for Real Estate LLCs

I am looking for an online-only business banking solution that offers:

1. High Transaction Limits: Real estate transactions often involve large sums of money. Investors might require a business banking account with high transaction limits to facilitate buying, selling, and managing properties without running into daily or monthly caps.

2. Low Fees: To maximize their returns, real estate investors often seek accounts with low fees for transactions, wire transfers, and account maintenance. Some banks offer accounts with no monthly fees or provide ways to waive them based on account balances or activity.

3. Online Banking and Mobile App Access: Efficient management of finances is crucial for real estate investors, who often need to make transactions or check their account balances while on the go. An account with robust online banking features and a user-friendly mobile app is highly desirable.

4. Lines of Credit and Loan Opportunities: Access to credit is vital for real estate investors to purchase or renovate new properties. A business banking account integrated with options for lines of credit, commercial mortgages, or construction loans can be very attractive.

5. Specialized Real Estate Services: Some banks offer services specifically tailored to the needs of real estate investors, such as tenant rent collection accounts, escrow management, or property management software integration. These specialized services can greatly streamline the investment and management process.

I've done some preliminary research and found some promising options, including BlueVine, Axos Bank, Mercury, and Novo. Each platform offers unique features that I find intriguing and that align with my requirements, such as no monthly fees, interest-earning potential, and robust digital tools for financial management.

Before I make a decision, I wanted to ask if any of you have experience with these banks or if you have other recommendations that fit the bill. Your input is important to me.
