Referrals wanted for self directed Solo 401K /IRAs.

Hey friends! We have decided to transfer our current retirement investment accounts (Solos 401Ks & IRA) to self directed ones to purchase real estate. There are so many fiduciary and custodian companies. Obviously, I know the cheapest isn't always the best so in light of finding the best overall, I'd love to hear which ones have served you well and what you love most about them as well as ones to stay away from.
