Establishing my LLC

Hello Everybody, 

I am new to BiggerPockets! I wanted to find out how I could be connected to a Tax Accountant. I reside overseas, but my place of residence is in Florida. When establishing my LLC within Florida, is there anything different for me since I am overseas? Is it better for me to wait until the beginning of the year? Not sure which course of action will be best for me.
