Hello all, I am currently renovating my rental property in Glendale, AZ that I purchased in May 2022.
My property will be in service mid-September of this year.
I am looking for any information and advice on how I can use 100% bonus depreciation for tax benefits this year. I am also looking for CPAs that can help me take advantage of this tax strategy.

Thank you,

Aron

Hi @Aron Rodriguez, there are very competent, real estate friendly CPAs in Biggerpockets working with clients remotely. Reach out to one that is a better fit.
