For the purchase criteria I need markets like Gastonia, Salisbury, Concord, Mooresville, Kannapolis, and anything within about an hour and a half on the city center is ideal. Funding is prepared for a cash purchase as well as a cash rehab. Looking for an average of $175k After repair value. That is of course an average so some can be more, some can be less!
