I’m just coming off a triplex flip deal.  I can send pictures, it turned out pretty good.  

I’ve got my next deal in my sights, but I’m looking for a financing partner.  I’m willing to give 20% of the deal, or 20% annual interest, whichever is higher

I’m local here in Cincinnati.  There is a lot of opportunities.  I’d love this to turn into a long term relationship.
