Looking For A Wholesaling Mentor
I would really like to start wholesaling in my area, so that I can build up capital, and eventually move to fix & flips and rentals. I'm in search of a mentor around my area, anywhere from Palm Springs to Indio California and anywhere in between. I would love to help my mentor out, by doing whatever I can, so that I can learn from him/her.
Real Estate investing has been a passion for me for a long time, but have not had much time to invest in it yet. However, there's no time like the present - I'm willing to go all in, just tell me what to do. I want to make this an ongoing lifetime career.
