First off I can't express how awesome it is to connect with investors through this site to help them fund deals in all different areas of the Mid Atlantic and South East, I am truly grateful for this community and hope to continue to work with many of you to help fund some deals you are working on. I took this job in hard money lending with Walnut Street Finance because I love working with investors of all levels and help them either get started on their first deal or continue to grow and scale their business through the use of hard money. It truly is a rewarding feeling talking to an investor through the process and getting them to closing and watching them CRUSH these deals and hopefully make a lot of money with a successful project.
