Need a $ partner ASAP in WA

I need a money partner ASAP for a deal in Lynnwood, WA. One of my investors said yes yesterday and then backed out today. This is an SFR fix and flip project in Lynnwood WA. I have a lot of experience and pay competitive rates for money partners. Need between 50-100k to fund. Please text me if you want more information.
