If there are any investors who have small multi units in Maryland that you would like to sale please contact me. I am looking in Baltimore City, Baltimore county, PG, Howard and Anne Arundel counties. I am also looking for slightly largest multi units in Maryland but not exclusive to the above mentioned counties. Let me know what you've got!
