Low Maintenance Condo in High Rent Area

Almost no work required on this well-maintained Pontiac end-unit town home, the owner is simply ready to move on. Built in 2002, all major systems are still in great shape. Only needs a quick vacuuming, and it's ready to rent. Appliances will stay with the unit.

Similar 3-bedrooms are renting for $1,250/mo and up. The complex has a pool, clubhouse, sauna, and fitness facility, which keeps tenants around long-term. HOA is $225/mo and covers amenities, grounds maintenance, and exterior unit maintenance. Also, the HOA does not impose any rental restrictions on units, other than a minimum six-month lease.

Here's a link to photos.

I hold the assignable contract. Owner-occupant is in the process of moving out. A showing can be scheduled upon receipt of EMD and signed assignment contract (contingent on a walk through of course). Email [email protected] with any questions/comments.

Thank you!
