Hello Joseph.  How does rent collections, automated e-mails, and notifications work with AccuRently?  One complaint I often see with other software is that tenants are able to recall payments and be refunded without the property management approval.  Another issue I have read about is notifications and reminders not going out on time.

Thanks for the note. AccuRently is currently on track to release Tenant Screening & Rental Payments functionality within the first quarter of this year--please pm me your email so that you can stay informed for this release. Our Rental Payment functionality will promptly notify users of any modification activity completed by tenants.

Also, we've done extensive research and have seen some of the same concerns you've mentioned regarding automated emails & notifications. This is why we've carefully developed our email system that currently has a 99% delivery success rate.
