Qualifications
- Licensed Property manager in the State of Missouri
- Valid Driver's License
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Advertising properties online
- Tenant screening
- Showing vacant units to potential tenants
- Tenant placement
- Rent Collection
- Addressing tenant concerns
- Obtaining repair and maintenance quotes
- Ordering repairs
- Handling Evictions
- Preparing units for new tenants
- Paying bills
- Communicating with the property owners
