Have you ever wanted to listen to live seller calls...
If so here are two.
The first is an Alex call. Alex calls are inbound calls answered by my call center where we ask the inbound script questions looking for a motivated seller.
The second is an actual seller call with Ryan where Ryan is negotiating the purchase of the property... BTW the deal was a purchase of 80 with a value of 130.
The unique factor is that neither the Alex or Ryan have ever wanted to be an investor and have never personally purchased a home. They just follow our scripts. And it works...
