Check out this 3/1 located in Wayne Township Schools! This property is in fantastic condition and will make a solid addition to your rental portfolio.

It has a newer dimensional roof, HVAC that was replaced in 2012, siding and windows that are in great shape, and a huge garage. Combine all of that with the fact it's in the Wayne School District, and this makes one heck of a rental.
