General Contractor: North Idaho & Spokane areas
I'm a general contractor in the greater North Idaho (Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden and outskirts) and Spokane metro areas; licensed in both WA and ID. We had a primary focus on insurance restoration projects and remodels for the past 10 years, but I thought I would start to reach out to the investor community. As a GC, we are a bit more expensive than hiring subs yourself, but we can manage the project from start to finish and keep you up to date on timelines and status of the project. I'm also an Idaho licensed real estate agent, and coming soon, we're going to offer property management. I'm also in the market for property deals for buy & hold or flips in the area too.
