A true gut job...Middletown, OH

The house was literally completely destroyed inside by the prior "tenants".  The house is made of block though, and we put a brand new roof on it.  It has a basement as well.  The entire inside is gutted, walls and all, so now it needs removal of debris inside and all the insides put back together.  Any interest?  Financing can be offered as well on this property.  Would make a great rental when done...can make into a 2 bedroom with a value of around $55k, and could rent for $700-$725/month.
