Refi requested in Maryland!
Looking for a lender to immediately refinance a rental! Owner financed rental is running out of time and, so far, everyone has said that the loan amount is too low or the area too rough. This is my second rental and 4th contract.
I contracted 1154 N Longwood St. Baltimore, Md 21216 and has a Section 8 renter paying $1,473/mo. The price was for $55k, I owe $46k on it, and it's right around $60-62k in value. I've had several people run credit, for approval, and has impacted my credit score.
I'd also like to find a lender to give POF and can work together to bring 2018 to fruition. I'm attempting to have 3+ more b/h in the next 8 months or so.
