Been reading! Been podcasting! Time to start some investing!!! Quick background... I'm currently a very well paid 100% commission W2 employee. I've been a sales manager/finance director for over 8 years now. My current position puts me in a position to drive over 150 miles per day to & from clients homes. "DRIVING FOR DOLLARS!" Lol... Over the past three days I've spoken personally to 4 motivated sellers due to FSBO signs in yards & have submitted 2 offers. I currently reside in Charlotte, NC. But will look @ a deal in any area about within a 80 mile radius (give or take).
Goal: 25 deals within the next 12 months
Finance: Liquid Capital On Hand To Invest
FICO: 777
Motive: I'm aware that I can possibly do this by myself, however I've always been a team player & firmly believe that w/ the right synergy...two heads will always beat one! So I'm looking to build a team or partner with some like minded, hungry, motivated, individuals ready to get in the game & get some action!
Need:
-Great contractors; will need for rehabs
-Investors; stronger buying power & second opinions make sounder investments
-Wholesalers; credible, no BS, to bring deals, deals & more deals
