Looking for equity partners for Savannah, GA, project

The company I work for (Cardinal Capital Management) recently purchased a property in Savannah and we're looking to rehab. We are based out of Milwaukee, WI, so it's a bit difficult to be on the ground looking for private financing so I thought BP would be a good start. If you want to know more about Cardinal, I have a thorough description of our very established reputation in my bio but I would be more than happy to answer any questions. It's a 116 multifamily, market-rate, complex in the north eastern part of downtown Savannah. We're looking for investors (preferably equity financing but open to all sorts of inquiries by accredited investors) and need about $1,000,000 to get the work started. We're looking at market-rate returns (8-12%) and need to get moving in approximately the next 75 days.
