Private Money Source (Oregon)
I have a great deal in the pipeline that I'm in need of private/hard money to fund. I'm looking for 90% -100% financing of property purchase price +repairs. My end goal is to hold this property as long term rental - therefore I would look to refinance in 6-12months. Appreciate any and all referrals-preference is a oregon based company that I could build a long term relationship with.
