Any goods deals in Vegas under $100K or does the flipping Las Vegas guy on TV have them all locked up? :-)

Flipping is still alive and well in Las Vegas but the profit margins are very compressed. At the 100k price point, there is a ton of competition and the neighborhoods are dumps. Also, I hope you realize that the Flipping Vegas guy is a moron and that isn't real reality :)
