Hello all,

I hope all of you are doing well in your real estate goals and achieving the financial freedom you want.

I'm looking to connect with some of the bigger players who are selling many distressed homes. Who or how would you suggest I go about finding these contacts i.e. real estate asset managers?

ps. I'm NOT looking to wholesale I'm just a large cash buyer. I want to buy 150-200 properties with my own cash. Looking for single and multi units within 45 miles of Toledo, OH.

Thank you all in advance and I wish you much success in your real estate goals and endeavors.

Cheers!

Steven Steffel
