Where are the WHOLESALERS AT?

Question

Wholesalers, where are you guys? My team has all cash and is ready to churn and burn and close deals. I posted this before, but it got minimal response. We have cash for price range anywhere from 200k to 900k.

No wholesalers out there want a reliable buyer that can close and make them some money?

@Eric Johnson I want to preface this reply by stating that I did not see your original post regarding your search for wholesalers. You are in a GREAT position, however I can tell you that your price range is way too steep for most wholesalers to work with because most investors don't have access to a large amount of liquid capital like you. In turn, wholesalers will only market to properties under $100k (+/-) because the cash buyers pool is a lot greater.

My suggestion would be to cut out the middle man [wholesalers] and invest in your own strategic marketing campaign to the properties that would fit your criterion.
