@Tim DiCicco I do not believe in the industry standard of 6% and to each their own.  I know how long some realtors work as I do the same and I am a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.  My business is geared towards helping investors sell their rehabbed properties and keeping as much equity as they can.  We do get reimbursed for our expenses because they are tax write offs, but we do not get 100% back.
