I'm looking for someone who sends lists out to multi family owners on the northside of Chicago and had leads on 3+ MF properties. I'm looking for something that needs reno and is rented lower than market value under 2M. Ready to move on one as soon as possible. VERY interested in zips 60657, 60613, 60614, 60610. Prefer a brick or stone exterior. Looking to work with someone who really knows the ARV and rental market in these areas.

I'm a wholesaler from Chicago. I recently expanded my area to the Northside about two months ago. Since then I've successfully been able to find two great multi-unit deals in high value areas such as Lincoln Park. However, I didn't have the right buyers to seal the deal. They pretty much just wasted my time and ruined my credibility with the two owners. I know how to pull comps and get an accurate ARV. And I'm also not greedy at all on my assignment fee.
