Needed a house in Indianapolis with owner financing!

I have a buyer looking for a 4 bedroom in Meridian Kessler, or anywhere in Washington Township.   They want to buy on contract or do a lease/option.  They can pay up to $1600 a month, and are open to a house that needs rehabbing.  If you have anything, please call me at 317/213-3278.   Thanks!
