Great rental in Sacramento area
Great rental in working neighborhood. We owned it since 2007, has never been vacant for more than two weeks. Current tenant wants to stay long term. Rents are 1150/month.
We just put on a new roof on the place.
Want to sell to pursue other interests.
Please do not disturb the tenants!!! I will gladly meet interested parties for inspection on site, after receiving proof of funds.
