I sending out my monthly ad to build a solid buyers list here in Raleigh, NC.
Raleigh is a great marketplace to invest in. However, the inventory is down. Homes on the MLS are going for more than they are listed for about as quick as you can say "I'll take it".
My goal is to the build the largest supply of off-market property in Raleigh and the surrounding area.
