I'm soliciting real estate brokering business from those of you who buy properties on the MLS in Oregon. I'll make my appeal based on the high level of sophistication of this audience.

You don't need someone to explain the process to you, give you emotional support, nor look busy for your benefit.  You mostly need someone to open lock boxes and not talk your ear off.  You need someone to submit offers for you and play bad cop in the negotiation process.  That's me.  :)

If you want help evaluating property condition, I'm quite good at that.  If you want expert opinions, I have good relationships with honest contractors, architects, etc.  If you want help evaluating investment potential, I'm a whiz with excel and building financial models.
