KANSAS CITY AREA SFR FOR SALE

I currently have a single family rental for sale in the Independence Missouri area just outside of Kansas City. The property is currently rented for 680 a month under a year lease. yearly taxes are about 360 a year and insurance is a about 750 a year. House should also qualify for a tax abatement program that would make the yearly taxes about 60 dollars a year. This house has brand new HVAC and water heater and was updated this year. We are aksing 55k for the property if interested contact us.
