Rent to Own in Maryland

Hello all,

I am working with a client on the purchase of their home.  They have credit issues due to defaulting student loans that the mother/father cosigned for one of the sons.  They have decent income, and without that student loan they have very little debt.  And upon the sale of their house they will clear 100k+ after ALL debt is paid off. 

I am looking for some good rent to own homes for them so that I can move them into something they like while their credit repairs.  Areas I am looking are Hyattsville, Silver Spring, and any of the neighboring towns inside the beltway in Maryland.  

Anyone that bring me a good rent to own property that we can convince my client of will be compensated properly.
