This individual must be willing to WORK and LEARN not to EARN. With countless years of experience in Real Estate, the partners of Ohio Cashflow are happy to pass on all of the Real Estate knowledge they have accumulated, to the right person.

From finding, negotiating, buying, rehabbing, and selling properties. To how to work the phones, structure emails, talk to realtors, investors, attorneys, company branding, etc.... These are just a few key traits that will be introduced to enhance the skills of the Real Estate Entrepreneur. 

Requirements:
PASSION, DETERMINATION, AMBITION, BURNING DESIRE, NO EXCUSES, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, SERVICE TO OTHERS, TAKE ACTION, PERSISTENCE, PERSEVERANCE, CONSISTENCY, WHATEVER IT TAKES, KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
