Explaining the 221(d)(4) Loan Program In Plain English

Hi there, 

I'm looking to develop on my next deal and came across this loan program. It has crazy benefits (i.e. up to 40 year amortization!!) but a lot of investors I talked to were turned off by it. So, I did some investigating and wrote what I found on my blog here:
