Looking for rental portfolios
Looking for at least 1.5% monthly rent/purchase price.
Paying at market or below market prices, expecting a discount for bulk, we are not looking for over priced turnkeys that are infamously sold to international investors.
Portfolio must be performing at 90%+ rental collection.
Between $500,000 total price up to $2 million.
We have experience in Northern California, Atlanta Georgia Metro, Charlotte North Carolina, Ohio, New Jersey, Alabama, Arizona, and are open to opportunities in other markets.
