My name is Liam Marshall and I'm a freshman at The University of South Carolina. Im originally from just outside of Philadelphia so I'm not really familiar with the ins and outs of Columbia real estate. Even though I've never bought a property I do understand the numbers and intricacies that go into REI. I'm largely into longterm/multi-family rentals.
