Looking to connect with a private money lender, flippers, mortgage attorney, etc.

Good evening,

After speaking with a coach/mentor, I made a change to explore other avenues of real estate investing, such as short term rentals, mid term rentals, and private money lending. At the moment, I'd like to focus on private money lending. I was wondering if there is anyone in the New York City Area who would be willing to give me insights into the deals that happening around here, whether you are flipper, lender, attorney, investor, etc. I'd like to network in the area near me and educate myself on the deals happening in my own backyard.

 My recommendation is to go to some local REAI networking groups and meet with investors and other lenders. There you will get to meet a lot of people and learn how the deals go down.
