Commercial Building with operating business, Need help selling for a client.

I have a Client that I am currently working with who owns a 2 unit commercial building in St louis Mo and he is looking to sell it cash or seller financing with the right terms . One unit is currently bringing in roughly 1500 a month other side is vacant. There is also an unit upstairs that can be converted to a third unit. The operating business is owned by the seller and he is looking to sell that as well I have the proforma for the business. I'm looking for a realtor or business broker to work with who can help me sell this property.
