Property Manager Recommendations in Utah County?
Hello! Long time reader, first time poster.
My husband and I have a duplex in Orem, UT. We managed it ourselves for a while but then when we moved out of state hired a property manager (~6 years ago). We've never been particularly happy with them but these past two years or so they've really gone downhill. Lots of stories I could share, but to sum it up - plenty of dumb mistakes on their part (many of which have cost us hundreds of dollars), a lack of professionalism, and terrible communication.
My general expectations for a property manager are that you'll only ever find one who makes your life slightly easier, but our PM in North Carolina has been so wonderful that I'm hopeful we can find something better in UT as well. If anyone has any recommendations I would love to hear them!
Thanks!
Claire
