STR Property Management Lawyer Recommendations
After owning a couple short term rental in the Denver market I'm looking to expand and start offering property management / co-host services. I'm looking for attorney recommendations that can help navigate any Colorado/Denver area regulations, advise on entity formation, trust account requirements and rental agreement templates. Does anyone have recommendations? Thanks!

Thanks for the shout out, @James Carlson!
@Mike Dumas I'd be happy to speak with you. Just a quick note that this isn’t legal advice, but in the state of Colorado, you do need to be a licensed real estate broker to provide property management services for other people. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat further!
