Looking for a Real estate Analyst Position

Hello All, 

I am looking for a Real Analyst Position at a REIT or any real estate investing company. I am having troubling finding many through traditional methods of LinkedIn or Indeed.

A little background on me - I am 24 years old; I reside in upstate New York, and I am looking to relocate somewhere along the east coast; I have a bachelor's degree in finance and about 1.5 years of experience as a financial analyst at a Manufacuring company. Before that I was a real estate agent for a short period, so I have an understanding of the market and researching properties. I also have several certifications in excel and I am working on a few for financial modeling. I feel I am qualified enough to get an entry level analyst position.  

Does anyone have any advice on finding real estate analyst positions outside of LinkedIn or indeed? I've tried looking up real estate investment firms in a given location but many of them do not have a career page or job openings. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.
