Best Software for BRRR - Project Estimation & Management

Hey rehab experts,

I’ve been researching software solutions for real estate rehab and construction project management, including options like Procore, JobTread, Buildertrend, FlipperForce, and similar platforms.

I’m looking for software that can handle:

-Accurate Rehab Cost Estimation – Ability to calculate project costs, including materials and labor.

-Project Management – Task tracking, scheduling, and budget monitoring throughout the rehab process.

-Real-Time Integration with Home Depot or Similar Vendors – Automatic pricing updates and smart material recommendations.

-Material Suggestions – A feature that can suggest the materials needed based on the scope of the rehab.

-Labor Forecasting – Tools that estimate the required labor hours and staffing needs for each project.

For those of you who have used these platforms or others:

    1. Which solution(s) do you prefer and why?

    2. Are there key features missing from my list that I should consider?

    3. Are there any hidden costs, limitations, or learning curves I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance for your insights!
