Good morning everyone, 

I have successfully incorporated flipping houses as a new method of investing in Real Estate after 7 year of buying and holding small to large multifamily properties.     Hey Ahmed, we manage several hundred homes in the San Diego market and from time to time our owners decide to sell and w're typically the first to know.  We can keep you in mind if any of our clients are looking to sell.  What is your buying criteria?
